Day Trip Cancellation Policy

Day charter reservations are due in full at time of booking.
Day charter reservations may be cancelled up to 48 hours in advance for a full refund less a 10% administrative fee.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of departure are eligible for a 50% refund, as we have reserved the vessel and scheduled crew for your trip.
No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of departure are non-refundable.

Term Charter Cancellation Policy

To confirm your reservation, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Reservations are not considered confirmed until the deposit is received.

Charters booked within 14 days of the scheduled departure date require full (100%) payment at the time of booking.

Weather & Captain Cancellations

Safety is our top priority. If the captain determines that conditions are unsafe due to weather, mechanical issues, or other safety-related concerns, the charter may be canceled at the captain’s discretion.
In these cases, guests may choose between the following options:
a) Reschedule to a future date within 12 months at no penalty, OR
b) Receive a credit voucher for full charter value, OR
c) Refund less non-recoverable provisioning/fees (caused only if goods already purchased). Captain has sole authority to cancel/alter itinerary due to safety. Unused days due to dangerous weather may be credited for future charter use; refunds determined case-by-case.

Guest Cancellations

• Cancellations by Charterer:
  Notice Before Start Refund
  >30 days: Refund less 10% admin fee
  15-30 days: 50% refund on total charter rate
  <14 days: No refund
• Rescheduling: One reschedule allowed if requested 30+ days prior, subject to calendar availability. New charter must be completed within 12 months, rate changes may apply.

No-Shows & Early Returns

• Failure to arrive on time or a no-show will be treated as a same-day cancellation and is non-refundable.
• Charters that return early due to guest request or guest-related circumstances are not eligible for refunds.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances that may impact your travel plans.
